JJ Ramberg is the COO of Clustera, a new agentic memory and orchestration platform for enterprises. Clustera unifies all your enterprise data and systems into a living “world model.” With full context, Clustera agents can search, reason, and automate across your business.

As the longtime host of MSNBC’s Your Business, JJ understands what it takes to run a growing business. She helped thousands of entrepreneurs navigate real-world challenges, profiling innovative business leaders and sharing actionable insights.

As a serial entrepreneur, JJ also put those lessons into action herself. As co-founder of GoodSearch, JJ pioneered a charitable search engine and coupon platform that generated over $14 million for nonprofits across the country. Then, building on her commitment to the small business ecosystem, JJ launched Goodpods, a podcast discovery platform geared toward helping independent creators and entrepreneurs expand their reach.

JJ is the author of two books: The bestselling It’s Your Business and the children’s book The Startup Club. And the host of a number of podcasts including G-Zero Media’s Local to Global: The Power of Small Business.

JJ is also a founding LP of The Operator Collective, an innovative venture firm that connects founders to exceptional enterprise operators. In addition, she sits on the board of World Connect, a nonprofit dedicated to funding local leaders who are making significant change in their communities around the world.

JJ lives in Los Angeles with her husband and three teenage children. She earned her BA from Duke University and her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
